Our tech help and support Department is on duty round–the–clock to respond to every one of your support inquiries. Each ticket you send out to us is going to be addressed within up to 1 hour. If your situation requires help from an admin, we will send the ticket to the technician on shift and will notify you that the problem is being taken care of.
Expert Technical Help Service
Our tech help and support crew will be on shift for you day–and–night to to handle all assistance request tickets that you send to us. We offer technical assistance for all the software packages that are pre–configured on your web server. These include our custom made Site Control Panel, the preferred OS along with the server administration panel (based on the VPS type).
An Intuitive Help Section
An extensive and consistently updated articles base is incorporated into our in–house built Site Control Panel. It gives you quick tips about how to execute all of the basic website administration tasks. The Help section provides comprehensive how–to articles and step by step video courses. You can reach the Help zone by clicking the Help or Video buttons in the right corner of each Control Panel section.
